Benefit: Capture mood at a glance
The mood barometer consists of three symbols that can either be placed on the floor or hung horizontally or vertically from a rope. Name cards can be placed or clipped between the symbols to indicate the current mood. Alternatively, you can position yourself in the room while the coaching anchors are on the floor. As simple as it is effective, the mood barometer offers a familiar and straightforward way to assess mood.
