Favorite color? Colorful! Colorful is my favorite color: This applies to my clothing and home decor, as well as to my work as a resilience trainer, where I focus on finding those little splashes of color even on gray days. I also work freelance as a systemic consultant and as a speaker on the topic of grief (support). Here, as well as at my workplace in the hospice, I've been using Coachingcard cards for years – effective and vibrant. I love spending my free time by the sea, which I've recently become lucky enough to call home.

My passion lies in collaboratively developing change, leveraging the resources of all involved. When this is combined with developing and embodying visions, and resolving destructive patterns, for example through ancestral work, the result is a well-rounded and sustainable endeavor. I support leaders and teams in the social and healthcare sectors through systemic coaching, quality management, and ancestral work – always keeping in mind that the initiated changes serve the well-being of all and are sustainable. Furthermore, my ancestral work sessions, which I offer on a one-to-one basis, provide the opportunity to deepen this work and address the destructive patterns in our ancestral lineage that hinder us in life and whose origins lie with our forebears.

I experience my harmonious whole as a psychologist and systemic coach, in hypnotherapy, as an author and in my kitchen when I entertain guests and design culinary journeys of discovery. I wander between these worlds and they feed each other, just like living together in the middle of nature with my husband and our dog Sòmi, in Germany and southern France. I am convinced that we humans already have within us a lot of what can serve as a resource, what allows us to grow and mature. Sometimes you need support to find access. I would like to support you with all my heart. Since 2002, Anja Cantzler has worked as a trainer, master coach (DGfC), and supervisor, primarily supporting professionals and managers in daycare centers, kindergartens, and childminding settings. For many years, she has dedicated herself to biographical self-reflection as a key to professional practice. In 2022, her book "Being Aware of Oneself," co-authored with Lea Wedewardt, was published by Herder Verlag. The symbol of the tree has been a recurring element in her coaching and supervision sessions for many years. Her coachees and seminar participants encounter an appreciative, resource-oriented, and humorous counterpart. This is where my broad knowledge from over 35 years of professional experience comes into play. Even in my youth, organizing, communicating and passing on knowledge shaped my volunteer work. During my apprenticeship and subsequent work as a decorator, I cultivated my creativity, my design skills and also my practical, manual skills. I started my own business by working in a Formula One team. For over 15 years, my customers have valued my broad knowledge and many years of experience.
