COACHING CARD BY NIKO

is art in the form of cards for coaching and, more broadly, for consulting and educational processes, moderation, personnel and organizational development, therapy and professional encounters of all kinds. Coachingcard sees itself as a door opener, process companion and designer when dealing with questions and topics in both private and professional contexts.

Ultimately, each card gets its individual (meaning) interpretation magic from the respective user.

Unique

All cards are reproduced, self-painted and designed individual pieces by me, Antonia Klein-Nikolaidis alias Niko, or with and by Friends , whose cards complement and enrich my portfolio.

Born in Kiel, married, two wonderful children, a charming dachshund and an adorable cat, I am at home in the Ruhr area between the Baltic Sea and Greece.

I draw my inspiration from my experience as a coach, through dealing with theory and practice and the valuable exchange with professional like-minded people. And finally there is an idea of a picture that wants to be implemented. The customers are divided into four groups: HR departments of for-profit companies, including renowned brands, non-profit organizations such as advice centers and various social welfare institutions, institutions such as universities and the police, as well as freelancers and self-employed people in education, advice and therapy.

I am particularly pleased when Coachingcard is an integral part of concepts in training and further education, such as in a project by the state of Schleswig-Holstein on language education in daycare centers .

Social

The coaching card products are put together, packaged and delivered to the post office by “DIE FABRIK”, an AWO facility for people with mental illnesses in Hilden.

After renovation and construction of an extension, the former manufacturing building of the former Waldeck and Nacke roller engraving factory from 1852 is now making an important contribution to gradually overcoming the gap between the claim of equal rights for all people enshrined in the Basic Law and the reality of life.

For me, choosing a social institution and not a professional shipping company was a conscious decision that I fully support and support.

Sustainable

Coachingcard strives for the greatest possible sustainability and fairness. The maps on tarpaulin and Tyvek in particular are designed to last. All cards are printed in Germany and, with the exception of one product, are packaged and shipped plastic-free. Coachingcard has taken out a monthly climate subscription with atmosfair, which corresponds to the approximate CO2 emissions from truck deliveries.

Connected
