In addition to developing coaching cards, I also work continuously in professional coaching and development processes. This practical experience allows me to connect with current topics and improve the quality of my methodological work.

What the practical field is about

In my practical work, I support individuals and systems with clarification and development issues, for example:

  • Career transitions and role clarification
  • Leadership and decision-making issues
  • professional self-reflection
  • Development topics in organizations
  • Training coaching for aspiring coaches (DGfC)

In addition to coaching formats, this also includes facilitated processes and workshops focused on reflection, perception, and design. These formats are not to be understood as services in the narrow sense, but rather as context-related forms of work that develop from the questions posed, the setting, and the participants. The central focus is always on the process of collaborative clarification and the development of viable perspectives.

Attitude & understanding of work

The work in the field is characterized by the combination of aesthetic means with professional coaching and development. Aesthetics is not understood as a decorative element, but rather as a means of accessing perception, resonance, and design competence in relation to the respective system . In an organizational context, this manifests itself in sound decisions, coherent processes, and responsible economic management.
