The Tetralemma is one of the best-known and certainly most helpful methods in coaching. Based on Indian logic, it was adapted for coaching and consulting situations by Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd. It is particularly suitable for decision-making in coaching. Five positions are taken: This, That, Both, Neither, Neither, Neither, and Neither.
The coaching anchors serve as stand-ins for the 5 positions and can be placed on chairs or under chairs on the floor.
