Palace of Identity on a plane (DIN A0)
Benefits: Comparing and reflecting on satisfaction in different areas of life, stress management
The Palace of Identity is based on the "Five Pillars of Identity" model by the German psychologist Hilarion. Petzold, who developed the psychotherapy method of Integrative Therapy and is a co-founder of the Fritz Perls Institute.
The scales below allow for an examination of the individual pillars of life for the purpose of taking stock and subsequently setting goals.
Working with the pillars of life is certainly one of the most intensive methods in coaching. A subsequent visit to the Grand Hotel helps to clarify the needs for each pillar of life.
By the way: Did you know that ancient peoples decorated their temples and palaces with color? In Greece, temples with colored terracotta existed as early as the Archaic period. Since the 6th century BC, temples have been painted in vibrant colors (yellow, blue, red).
