Flower of joy of life

The flower of joy of life is based on the Japanese Ikigai model.

Ikigai (Japanese 生き甲斐 meaning of life) loosely translated means “that which is worth living for” or “that which is worth getting up for in the morning”.

The flower of joy of life supports the search for the individual meaning of life and structures intensive self-reflection.

A study using this model has shown that a positive attitude towards life is linked to physical health and therefore to a longer life expectancy. Reason enough to let the meaning of life blossom.
