My funeral procession

€40,00 €80,00

Grief is often a painful process, which is why it tends to be avoided and takes place in secret. Missing and lost rituals also make it difficult to go through grief. However, each of us is affected by grief in the course of his or her life, be it through the loss of someone or through the loss of a job, a relationship or a lifelong dream.

The path to joy in life leads through grief. It is all the more important to live these, integrate them and see them as part of life. The funeral procession is intended to provide support and accompany the mourning process. The funeral procession does not refer to any specific theory, but is based on the current understanding and state of research on the subject of grief. Grief is therefore not linear and, in addition to various phases of coping with grief, also includes a variety of feelings.

The associated worksheet can be continued on all pages. In this way, the train can have even more emotional carriages; the path of life before grief can be designed like the path into the future. Mourning stations can, for example, be phases and descriptions of situations in the grieving process.

Ultimately, it is an invitation to enter into dialogue with yourself, others and grief.

"Grief is a demanding lady. She wants to be seen, heard, taken seriously, understood, accepted, but also compassionately confirmed." - Jorgos Canacakis
