Crazy House of Change on tarpaulin (DIN A0 + 1.50 x 2.00 m)
Benefits: Addressing change, determining the current situation
The Crazy House of Change refers to the model originally developed for a therapeutic context. " Four Rooms of Change" by Swedish psychologist Claes F. Janssen is an explanatory model for change processes. Paul Kirkbride, owner of the "Change House" (which existed from 1989 to 2002), further developed Janssen's approach under the name... " The Change House" for use in management.
The Crazy House of Change coaching card, as its name suggests, is wonderfully suited for addressing and working through change processes. This applies to individuals undergoing any kind of change, as well as systems such as teams within the context of organizational development and change management.
The Crazy House of Change consists of four rooms, each describing a different emotional state of a person.
The four rooms cover the following themes:
- Satisfaction - everything under control
- Rejection - that can't be true!
- Confusion - what a mess!
- Renewal - I/we have learned something new.
Furthermore, there are additional extensions and rooms named
"Sun Balcony" (the balcony of the first room), "Refusal Dungeon" (the cellar with the trapdoor), "Paralysis Hole" (the cellar with the boxes), and the "Wrong Exit" (to the right of the third room with the moving van). These illustrate possible extreme manifestations of human behavior during a change process. As with all coaching cards, the interpretation should be left to the individual using them.
The worksheet can be used to record thoughts about each room.

A BRIEF STEMPHASIS OF MATERIALS
Plan: The Coachingcard on a tarpaulin is the "robust" one for life. It rolls out happily both indoors and outdoors and even enjoys it when people stand on it. Dirt and moisture don't bother it at all. If always stored rolled up, it will remain faithful until the end of its life!
Flag fabric: The Coachingcard, folded from flag fabric, is the "adaptable" one that fits into any situation. Folded small, it goes with you on trips and unfolds on a pinboard or on the floor to a respectable size for working with groups. Dirt won't harm it, as it can be easily washed.
Cardboard and postcard: The coaching card, printed on cardboard and as a postcard, is well suited for "providing" for groups or for giving coaching cards as gifts.
Image file with watermark: The coaching card as an image file with a watermark is intended for digital use only! Please note that all provided digital products are protected by copyright and may not be distributed (§ 17 UrhG), made publicly available (§ 19a UrhG), or otherwise passed on to third parties, either digitally or in printed form, in whole or in part.
Worksheet (black and white) as an image file: The coaching card as a worksheet in image format may be printed and reproduced for your own purposes.
