Systemic castle

The Systemic Castle approach (based on an idea by Martin Drogat) does not focus on positioning in the usual sense, but rather specifically calls for finding a place for a joint conversation about the system. Systems can be couples, families, teams, or organizations.

During the castle tour, you can discover many interesting places, such as the "fear hole ," the treasury , the "market of opportunities," or the laundry . And did you know that connecting passageways in fortresses are called " communication routes" ?

Perhaps you would like to lift the rug together and talk about what comes to light?

The systemic castle can also be combined with the cards "Lake of Sentiments", "Team Ahoy" and "Summit of Success" in the context of storytelling.

A BRIEF STEMPHASIS OF MATERIALS

Plan: The Coachingcard on a tarpaulin is the "robust" one for life. It rolls out happily both indoors and outdoors and even enjoys it when people stand on it. Dirt and moisture don't bother it at all. If always stored rolled up, it will remain faithful until the end of its life!

Flag fabric: The Coachingcard, folded from flag fabric, is the "adaptable" one that fits into any situation. Folded small to DIN A4 size, it goes with you on trips and unfolds on a pinboard or on the floor to a respectable size for working with groups. Dirt won't harm it, as it can easily be washed at 30°C.
